We used REDMAN last year in 2009 because of a leak in our air conditioning system. They came out and supposely fixed the problem but sure enough we had to call them again on 06/14/2010 for the same issue. Each and every time they come and stay for about 5 min and each and every time we call up there this RUDE woman answers the phone and tries to tell you over the phone what the issue seems to be. How can you tell me what the issue is and blame everything and everybody else without looking at the problem. So, today is 07/30/2010 and we have the same issue again. So, when we called her again she tries to tell us what there POLICY is as if we are stupid and not know their 30 day policy. In the yellow pages they garantee their work but nothing is getting done. This woman is rude, has no manners and would not hear us out and kept interrupting us every time we tried to say something. I am going to contact the BBB as well as take this to court because this is unacceptable.
