Had a package arrive at this location and i went in to get it and the lady at the desk was extremely rude. She didn't even check to see if the package was in the back. When i went in two weeks later they had sent it back to the sender so i had to pay shipping again, to get it back. Terrible service here. I'm disgusted.
I don't know what may have happened to the below person, but we all know that this is the best post office
The Kempner post office is always a very clean place to visit. The staff is extremely patient and always helpful.
This is definitely the best post office. People are already polite, very quick, never had an issue.
